Our certified personal trainers will work with you to create a customized fitness program to help you meet your goals. We use a combination of coaching styles and techniques to make sure we challenge your body safely and effectively. We proudly serve residents in Cary, Raleigh, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs and all other surrounding areas.

1 on 1 Personal Training

You can choose from 1 hour or 30 minute training sessions where you will be working with your personal trainer 1-on-1. This may include cardiovascular training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, flexibility, or anything else you may require to reach your fitness goals.

Partner Training

Want to train with a friend, family member or co-worker? With partner personal training you get all the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training while saving yourself some money and enjoying the health benefits of personal training with a friend.
