Looking to upgrade your current fitness/exercise program, but don’t need a place to train? Our fitness consulting program is designed to meet the needs of individuals with some exercise experience and already have a place to train, but are looking for a professionally designed program to maximize their results. Each exercise program is designed by our certified personal trainers and our licensed physical therapists to match your current fitness level, personal goals and access to equipment. Each fitness consulting program consists of an initial consultation and fitness assessment, a 4 week exercise program, a program walk through, and access to a personal trainer and physical therapist throughout your month long program to answer any questions and provide motivation as you train at home. Whether you live in Cary NC or Los Angeles CA, this program can help you reach your goals.
An initial consultation is available to determine your current training level and goals. We will perform a fitness assessment and nutritional assessment to maximize the results from your personal training program. By getting your initial consultation, you will be able to track your progress as you complete your at home personal training program.
Professionally Designed Exercise Program
1 or 2 Day program- A professionally designed exercise program for individuals looking for personal training guidance 1-2 days per week
3 or 4 Day program- A professionally designed exercise program for individuals looking for personal training guidance 3-4 days per week
For individuals looking to train more than 4 days per week we can design a comprehensive personal training program for you for an additional fee.
Program Walk Through
The most important part of our fitness consulting program is our program walk through. Once your program is designed, one of our personal trainers will walk you through each part of your exercise program. This way you can be confident that you are performing each exercise with the correct form. This can be accomplished by you coming to our clinic, or remotely using video and phone conferencing.
Get a new program every month
Avoid over-training and plateaus by coming in for a new program every month. This new program will ensure you are consistently challenging your body and taking your training to the next level.
